From I-95, points north:

1. Exit I-95 at SR 836 West, Exit 3A.
2. Exit SR 836 at NW 14th Street.
3. Turn right on NW 10th Avenue. (Note that NW 10th Avenue curves and becomes NW 9th Avenue.)
4. At NW 17^th Street, turn left, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute will be on your left side.

From I-95, points south and east:

1. Exit I-95 at SR 836 West.
2. Exit SR 836 at NW 12th Avenue and turn right onto NW 12th Avenue. Be sure to change into the right-hand lane.
3. Once on 12th Avenue, you will take a right at the first intersection onto 14th Street.
4. You will turn left onto 10th Avenue. (Note that NW 10th Avenue curves and becomes NW 9th Avenue.)
5. At NW 17^th Street, turn left, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute will be on your left side.

From SR 836, the Airport, and points west:

1. Take SR 836 East and exit at NW 27th Avenue, North.
2. Travel north to NW 20th Street and turn right.
3. Proceed east until you reach NW 9th Avenue, also known as Bob Hope Road, turn right.
4. At the second traffic light, NW 17th Street, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute will be on your right side and the patient parking lot will be on the left.

Patient parking is located at the northeast corner of NW 17th Street and NW 9th Avenue. Valet parking is available at the front door ramp, which is located on NW 17th Street, just west of 9th Avenue.

1. Take Turnpike Exit 109, PGA Boulevard.
2. Continue straight ahead through the traffic lights (heading south) onto Fairway Drive.
3. Pass Bascom Palmer Eye Institute on your right, to the parking entrance.
4. The parking lot is on your right.

From I-95, points South, East and the Beaches:

1. Exit I-95 at PGA Boulevard, Exit 79B, turn right.
2. You will pass a major intersection (Military Trail). Continue west for one and a half miles.
3. Turn left (south) onto Fairway Drive. (This traffic light is directly across from the Turnpike toll area.)
4. Pass Bascom Palmer Eye Institute on your right, to the parking entrance.
5. The parking lot is on your right.

1. Exit I-95 at PGA Boulevard, Exit 79B, turn right.
2. Turn right at the end of ramp (west).

The Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at Plantation is located two blocks north of State Road 595 at Pine Island Road.

1. From State Road 595, exit at Pine Island Road and turn North onto Pine Island.
2. The second light is Peters Road. Turn East on Peters Road.
3. Merge onto the left lane and make the first left hand turn at the Crossroads Office Park.
4. Go straight toward the eight story building called “Royal Palm at Southpointe”.  We are located on the first floor.
5. Covered parking is available at no charge in the parking garage located to the left of the building.
